What are the start and end dates of the Challenge?
     The challenge runs continuously. You can choose whichever session you want to join. It starts on a Saturday and ends on the following Friday. In February, the challenge is conducted twice. Start dates to choose from : Feb 1 and Feb 15.

What are the timings of the sessions?
     
Timings are chosen based on what is convenient to majority of participants. It will be decided one day prior to start of the challenge. 2 timings are decided for AM and PM session. Recordings are made available for anyone who missed the live sessions.

What is the structure of each session?
     Sessions are conducted LIVE on ZOOM for a total of 25-30 minutes each. You can watch a sample session above. After each session there will be opportunity for Q&A with Dr. Sahila.

What happens if I am unable to attend any sessions due to sickness or an unforeseen situation?
    You will be placed in the next upcoming 7-day challenge because the challenge is run continuously.

Is this Challenge for beginners or for advanced  meditators?
     This program is suitable for both beginners and advanced meditators. Dr Sahila combines her medical knowledge as a physician and ancient wisdom of yoga and makes it easily accessible to everyone.
