Pranayama, a fundamental practice in yoga, focuses on controlling and regulating the breath to enhance the flow of prana (life force) throughout the body.
When the flow of prana is optimized, it leads to improved circulation, oxygenation, and detoxification. This, in turn, brings a radiant look to the skin. The increased oxygen supply helps to nourish skin cells, while the removal of toxins gives the skin a natural glow.
Face yoga, as the name suggests, is a practice that focuses on exercises and techniques to tone and rejuvenate the muscles of the face.
Most face yoga practitioners focus only on the external or beauty aspects of face yoga while ignoring the internal or healing aspects of it. But Dr. Sahila, you can experience a complete transformation of your face and neck along with enhanced energy at the end of it.
Each Weekly Session is 1.5 hours. Classes will be structured in such a way that practical demonstrations of pranayama and face yoga together will be for an hour (pranayama for 45 minutes and face yoga for 15 minutes) during which students are expected to follow. During this time faculty will share theoretical knowledge via posts, handouts and writing boards. There will be Q & A at the end for half an hour.
